About the Role
We are seeking a working student to support our Business Intelligence & AI team, primarily focusing on AI-driven programming and prototype development. This role offers a steep learning curve through direct collaboration with AI experts and insight into business development within a top management consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development of AI prototypes and demos, including end-to-end user testing and iteration.
- Advancing the internal AI platform with custom integrations, custom skills, knowledge bases (RAG), and workflows to automate repetitive processes.
- Contributing to the AI roadmap, including agent development and rollout training formats.
- Preparing data and visualizing results in dashboards and presentations.
- Maintaining standard reports and models.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Working on internal business development and steering, as well as client and project work.
- Collaborating with consultants from day one.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Solid programming experience in languages such as Python, SQL, and JS.
- Experience in AI-driven programming, ideally with practical development of prototypes and apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop requirements and ensure user problems are correctly identified and solved.
- High level of creativity, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality with a focus on results, energy, and striving for excellence.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
