Responsibilities
- Ensure a well-organized practice day by coordinating appointments, managing patient reception and phone calls.
- Perform blood draws, conduct laboratory work, and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures like sonographies.
- Document treatments accurately, prepare documents, and support administrative and billing tasks.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel well-cared for with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and physicians to ensure reliable processes and excellent patient care.
- Actively contribute to improving workflows and processes with your ideas.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), medical assistant, nursing specialist, general nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, or emergency paramedic.
- Enjoy working with people, maintain an overview of organizational processes, and handle tasks responsibly and reliably.
- Possess a team spirit and treat patients with appreciation and empathy.
- German language skills at least at B2 level.
- Recognized vocational qualification in Germany.
- Valid work permit or residence in Germany.
