About the Role

Join our Finance team in a high-impact role with real ownership from day one. You'll sit at the heart of our daily Finance operations, contribute to how we scale, and take on meaningful responsibility as we prepare for our next growth phase. You'll work alongside people who came from top strategy consulting, Big Four, and renowned scale-ups — same standards, but in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where you can actually build.

Responsibilities

Process invoices and employee expenses end-to-end in Moss and DATEV, from receipt to payment prep
Own defined tasks (reconciliations, accruals prep, documentation) and support clean handovers for month-end close
Identify repetitive tasks and assist in automating them using Langdock, Airtable, and Excel
Support the team on ad-hoc requests, data quality, and internal Finance topics

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Berlin (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field) or in a transition between academic programs
Available 20 hours per week, reliably, for at least 6 months
Proven track record with AI and automation workflows, having built or shipped something using tools like Langdock, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or similar
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and structured data work
Attention to detail, delivering clean and thorough work
Strong analytical skills to analyze numbers and identify key insights
Open-minded team player with good collaboration skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
