About the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the delivery of primary and secondary digital campaigns across European and International markets. This role oversees the creation of digital assets for various channels, combining creative leadership, customer-centric design, and emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that are locally relevant, commercially effective, and true to the Coach brand.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver digital assets from pre-approved campaign imagery for European eCommerce and partner sites, ensuring content is locally relevant, customer-focused, and performance-driven across retail and outlet channels.
  • Develop engaging and bespoke content for European and International markets across digital and in-store channels, supporting key commercial moments and region-specific campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
  • Create and deliver customer-facing email campaigns, including marketing and triggered communications, tailored to local market needs.
  • Partner with Email and Development teams to design and evolve email marketing experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value through scalable templates and best-practices.
  • Produce digital assets for performance marketing campaigns, including affiliates, display, paid social, and acquisition channels, aligned to channel objectives and audience needs.
  • Develop bespoke European-focused direct mail and customer engagement materials that strengthen brand affinity and omnichannel engagement.
  • Manage external creative agency partnerships and oversee project scoping, prioritisation, resource planning, and on-time delivery to agreed standards, including agency capacity planning and budget management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Digital teams to create best-in-class UX/UI designs across homepage, PDP, PLP, checkout and post-purchase journeys, using customer insights to drive improvements in engagement, add-to-bag, conversion and overall customer experience.
  • Work with translation partners to localise campaign assets across multiple markets and ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with the eCommerce Trading team to develop and execute regional creative strategies that enhance customer engagement, conversion, AUR, and overall site experience.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Creative, eCommerce, Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer insights and regional requirements are reflected in creative execution.
  • Champion AI-powered design, content creation, and optimisation tools to drive innovation, efficiency, personalisation, and scalable localisation while maintaining brand standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities that improve creative delivery and commercial performance.
  • Partner with the Senior Online Trading Manager to analyse onsite customer behaviour and performance data, and translate into actionable creative improvements.
  • Ensure all content is optimised across devices, adopting a mobile-first approach to design and user experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work to agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
