About the Role

Lead the growth and performance of the Professional Qualifications division, with full responsibility for academic, operational, and commercial success. Own the P&L, drive revenue growth, strengthen accreditation partnerships, and ensure exceptional student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance and growth of the Professional School
• Own the P&L, budget and financial performance
• Drive enrolment growth in partnership with Marketing and Sales
• Develop new revenue streams, including corporate training and strategic partnerships
• Manage key accreditation relationships, including ACCA and AAT
• Enhance student satisfaction, retention and pass rates
• Oversee course quality, curriculum development and digital learning innovation
• Lead and develop academic faculty and matrix teams across the business

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within professional or higher education
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and degree-level education
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and budget management experience
• Track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance
• Experience managing accreditation relationships (ACCA experience highly desirable)
• Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organisation
