About the Role

The Virtual Private Cloud team develops the core networking layer of Nebius AI Cloud, providing secure and isolated private networks, connectivity, and networking services. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex initiatives across VPC, adjacent cloud services, and infrastructure, including regional launches, hardware support, scalability improvements, and new customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive complex initiatives spanning VPC, adjacent cloud services, and infrastructure layers.
Launch VPC in new regions.
Support new hardware generations.
Improve platform scalability and resilience.
Evolve service architecture.
Deliver new customer-facing networking capabilities.
Work closely with developers, engineering managers, technical leads, and product managers.
Turn broad product and technical objectives into executable programs.
Define outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Expose dependencies and trade-offs.
Facilitate timely decisions.
Coordinate delivery through validation, rollout, and operational readiness.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, engineering management, or a senior technical role involving the delivery of complex cross-team initiatives.
Strong technical background with the ability to participate in discussions about cloud networking and distributed systems.
Understanding of system boundaries and failure modes.
Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals (IPv4/IPv6 addressing, routing, network isolation, NAT, firewalls, load balancing).
Comfort learning and reasoning about the architecture of a production cloud-networking platform.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
Ability to facilitate decisions.
Ability to produce concise, actionable documentation.
Proven experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple engineering teams with different priorities and dependencies.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Ability to identify critical paths.
Ability to manage risks.
Ability to adapt plans as requirements change.
Practical, outcome-oriented approach.
Ability to drive progress without relying on formal authority.
