About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Controller & Finance Administrator to manage the financial planning and control of our corporate group in the live music sector. This role involves pre- and post-calculation of events and tours, settlement with artists and their management, and reporting to executive management and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget planning and ongoing forecasting for our companies.
• Independently create project calculations, special evaluations, and detailed analyses.
• Settle past events with artists and third parties.
• Analyze project progress and identify measures for budget optimization and cost savings.
• Communicate with authorities and industry-specific companies on financial and tax matters.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor the cash flow for individual companies.
• Develop and continuously adapt our internal and external calculation and controlling tools to meet dynamic requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or comparable education.
• Relevant controlling experience, particularly in smaller companies.
• Experience in the live, event, music, or similar industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP is ideal.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Proactive, structured, and independent work style.

About the Company

• We are a dedicated team with many years of experience in various live music sectors, acting as both a booking agency and concert promoter.
• We manage the majority of our artists' concerts and performances in-house, from club concerts to large arena productions and open-air shows across Germany.
• Our roster includes selected artists ranging from newcomers to established live acts.
• We work with and for artists such as Alligatoah, Juju, RAF Camora, Ivo Martin, and Focus.
• We also produce and promote family entertainment tours and events, including tours for TKKG – das Live Hörspiel, Die Drei ??? Kids, and the audio drama format Bobby & Max.
