About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone. You will manage the front-of-house experience: greeting patients, coordinating busy schedules, and ensuring the patient journey is seamless and stress-free.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in process, and provide a helpful point of contact for all queries.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily cashing up and banking procedures.
Requirements
- A patient-centred mindset and a natural ability to put people at ease.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with daily banking/cashing up is preferred.
- Previous dental reception experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
