About the Role

Seeking a talented Senior Risk Manager to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for assisting in a wide-ranging aspect of development and business-as-usual activities across the risk management framework, with a focus on operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver risk management workshops with the business to implement the risk management framework.
• Complete Key Risk Assessment and Appetite statements.
• Assist the business in capturing, assessing, reporting, and escalating risk events.
• Develop and produce top-down key risk assessments and scenario analysis.
• Assist in the production of the Group’s Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA).
• Assist and develop the Group’s Key Risk Dashboard and other monthly reporting.
• Assist and guide the business in completing Risk and Control Self Assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management, ideally gained within an investment or wealth management organisation.
• Confidence to lead and present work to all levels up to, and including the Board.
• Ability to work well in a pressurized environment with demonstrable ability to prioritize work.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
