About the Role

This role offers a chance to build a foundation in travel and operations, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate guest documentation, bookings, and supplier communications, contributing to bringing guests' dream trips to life. Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Operations and Sales teams in verifying booking details and ensuring accuracy in guest documentation.
  • Confirm holiday arrangements and supplier bookings/invoices are correct.
  • Ensure guest documentation is completed to the highest standard.
  • Prepare and send documentation to guests electronically and via the Scott Dunn app.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm booking arrangements and update records.
  • Build knowledge of luxury travel standards and Scott Dunn's operational processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable attention to detail and ownership of accuracy.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Interest and understanding of luxury service and guest expectations.
