About the Role
Bynder's Customer Advocacy team celebrates customers, turning their success into powerful stories that boost brand recognition and drive revenue. This role supports the Growth Team in planning and executing advocacy programs, including customer loyalty initiatives, storytelling, customer communications, and event activations. The intern will also manage customer reviews and support Bynder's market position.
Responsibilities
- Support flagship customer advocacy programs, including the Spotlight Awards and global Bynder Connect events, by coordinating administrative processes, communications, timelines, and logistics.
- Create compelling customer stories by supporting the end-to-end process, from identifying opportunities with Customer Success Managers to coordinating written and video case studies.
- Enable go-to-market teams by transforming customer stories and webinars into sales assets, maintaining the customer proof library, and ensuring content accessibility.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives, including review generation campaigns, customer loyalty programs, webinar speaker management, and customer reference activities.
- Manage customer communications, coordinating content for the monthly customer newsletter and supporting customer email campaigns.
- Track program performance by maintaining reporting, supporting procurement and vendor management, and helping measure the impact of customer advocacy on the business.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or Communications degree program.
- Available for a 12-month internship starting August/September 2026.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, proactive, and creative with a passion for marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, international team.
