About the Role
In this role, you will be central to supporting the GTM team in growing Light's business. You will act as the technical point person, utilizing tools to identify target companies and provide insights to help the team close deals.
Responsibilities
- Work with managers and team leads to understand specifications for new builds.
- Utilize various tools to build automated coaching agents, focusing on efficient prompts and workflows.
- Outline and execute testing frameworks for built agents.
- Iterate on agents post-testing based on feedback and launch results.
- Clearly communicate technical builds to the team.
- Document builds for easy handover and understanding by others.
