About the Role
The Technical Services Analyst provides 2nd line technical support across the HCA Healthcare UK estate. This role acts as a key escalation point for incidents, maintaining relationships with end users and vendors to ensure reliable technology for clinicians and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support to end users by managing and resolving incident tickets
- Coordinate timely incident responses with clear updates and service restoration
- Investigate root causes of technical issues and escalate as necessary
- Support recovery activities following incident resolution
- Document, certify, and close incidents according to agreed procedures
Requirements
- Extensive experience in 2nd line IT support
- Strong communication skills
- Experience supporting mobile devices, PCs, laptops, tablets, and networking technologies (LAN/WLAN/WiFi)
- Hands-on experience working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Microsoft technologies including Windows, O365, and Office Suite
- Practical experience supporting Microsoft environments such as Windows OS, MS Server, and SQL
