About the Role

As a Casual Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of all spa facilities. You will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and immaculate environment throughout their visit. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service within a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, fitness facilities, and pool areas
Ensure all spa amenities, towels, and supplies are replenished throughout the day
Prepare treatment rooms and guest areas to the highest standards
Support the Spa team in delivering a seamless guest experience
Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Assist with opening and closing procedures where required
Ensure all spa areas remain organised, welcoming, and well maintained
