About the Role
Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its tech and/or business organizations. This role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an innovative and collaborative environment, bringing creative and effective ideas to a growing organization. This is a short-term employment (STE) position.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management, and team building.
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year.
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
- Work closely with Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed.
- Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale.
- Experience managing complex organizational changes at both a design and country execution level across EMEA.
- Demonstrated expertise and comfort working both strategically and operationally.
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
- Consulting, coaching (including leadership), and facilitation skills.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving team engagement and collaboration initiatives.
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems.
- Experience partnering with Works Councils and/or Trade Unions.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
- Experience working in Tech or a matrixed multinational organization.
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
