About the Role

This hands-on engineering role focuses on building end-to-end product experiences for digital asset capabilities within a regulated financial services environment. You will develop modern web user interfaces and Java backend services to support digital custody, tokenization, and settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features spanning Java backend services and modern web UI components.
• Build and evolve REST APIs and service integrations supporting digital asset workflows.
• Develop responsive, maintainable front-end experiences using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and incremental deliveries.
• Implement automated testing practices and uphold quality gates through code reviews and CI/CD.
• Contribute to operational readiness including logging, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.
• Ensure solutions meet security and auditability standards for regulated financial environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering full-stack applications in financial services or regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservice-style backend services.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases and ORM patterns.
• Strong engineering practices including automated testing and Agile delivery.
• Experience with enterprise cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Experience working with multi-location engineering teams.
