About the Role

As part of the Platform tribe, you will help build a self-service, AI-Ready Data Platform. The Data Platform team supports our next big bets: Data, AI, and real-time analytics. We are a team focused on building scalable, reliable infrastructure to enable our global data community.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain best-in-class data infrastructure for critical processes.
• Develop features that strengthen self-service, including for ETL and orchestration.
• Optimise processes to use compute more efficiently and reduce cost.
• Automate operations so the platform stays highly available.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new services.

Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure as code and containerisation (e.g. Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Used modern query engines (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Trino).
• Worked with modern data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster).
• Proficient in at least one of our main languages: Python or Go.
• Bring a pragmatic, team-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, work well independently, and can balance stakeholder needs.
