About the Role

You will own Monument’s new-product engine, Foundry, within the Savings division. Your role is to build what comes next, including Tokenised Deposits, a savings prize draw, a Junior ISA, and an SME savings proposition. You will take new savings products from initial concept through to launch and scaling in a regulated environment, ensuring a high standard of client experience and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable growth, focusing on new deposits, client volumes, and balances.
  • Own the Foundry roadmap, defining priorities based on deposits, client growth, and margin.
  • Ship new products, including Tokenised Deposits, prize draws, Junior ISAs, and SME savings, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on new initiatives based on evidence, cutting what doesn’t work.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA, BCOBS, ISA, and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams.
  • Utilize AI to accelerate experiments and automate non-core tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong product management experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services, with a track record of owning new-product launches.
  • Demonstrated product sense with a focus on client problems and commercial results.
  • Proven ability in structured problem-solving, translating ambiguity into clear hypotheses and data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with UK savings regulation, including FCA, BCOBS, ISAs, and Consumer Duty.
  • A founder's drive, relentless curiosity, or both, with a desire to build new products.
  • Experience with savings, deposits, or closely related products is a strong plus.
  • Tokenised or digital-asset deposit experience is rare and welcome.
