About the Role
You will be involved in the planning and execution of our training sessions, programs, and events, from preparing our New Work training areas to supporting participants during the event and handling post-event follow-up. You will be our on-site representative for participants, trainers, partners, and service providers, and will relay feedback and insights to the team. You will contribute to projects aimed at continuously improving our training processes and provide reliable support for operational management in daily business. You will actively contribute to our appreciative, growth-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of training sessions, programs, and events.
- Preparation of New Work training areas.
- On-site support for participants, trainers, partners, and service providers.
- Relaying feedback and insights to the team.
- Contributing to projects for process improvement.
- Supporting operational management in daily business.
- Actively contributing to an appreciative, growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
- A degree or training in fields such as Business Psychology, Adult Education, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of teamwork and service.
- Independent and structured work style with a desire for responsibility and initiative.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Minimum of 5 months availability (voluntary or mandatory internship).
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin or explore the city and our vibrant office culture.
