About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review, code, and book incoming invoices in SAP FI.
- Create outgoing invoices and ensure their proper booking.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, particularly supporting accrual and provision bookings.
- Process purchase requisitions with specialist departments, coordinate executive approvals, and monitor budgets.
- Act as the point of contact for commercial inquiries from specialist departments and support the optimization of accounting processes.
- Contribute ideas, continuously improve processes, and develop efficient solutions for financial processes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or a business administration degree with a focus on finance or accounting.
- Initial professional experience in accounting, finance, or controlling.
- Proficient in SAP, especially modules FI and MM.
- Regularly use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Work in a structured, careful, and independent manner, maintaining an overview even under high workload.
- Communicate effectively with various specialist departments and work reliably in a team.
