About the Role
We are a particularly warm, open, and dedicated team that cares for children from 1 year of age up to school age with great warmth and empathy. If you have a good heart and enjoy early childhood education processes, then join our team. Our Kita in Eylauer Straße is looking for a loving and warm personality to shape the daily Kita routine with 35 children, a dedicated team, and our animal companions – two dogs and chickens. Animal-assisted pedagogy is at the center of our approach. Children experience nature and interacting with animals up close, learning to develop responsibility and empathy.
