About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated employee who will optimize the operational processes in our swimming pools with organizational talent and expertise. You will ensure safe and smooth pool operations, provide expert guest support, and maintain an overview of all activities. Through attractive offers, high service orientation, and a sense of quality, you will significantly contribute to increasing visitor numbers, revenue, and sustainable customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and optimize operational processes, initially at the Kombibad Gropiusstadt.
- Plan personnel deployment, create duty rosters, check timesheets, and manage personnel supervision.
- Competently advise guests on swimming and bathing offers and support event execution.
- Process procurement requests considering the budget, collaborating with central purchasing as needed.
- Be responsible for monthly billing, daily and monthly closing procedures, and ensure proper cash management.
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified Master Pool Operator (Meister:in für Bäderbetriebe).
- Experience in responsible functions within pool operations.
- Proof of rescue capability (e.g., Silver Lifeguard badge) not older than two years.
- First aid training including CPR, not older than two years.
- Enjoy leading, developing, and motivating employees.
- Enthusiasm for process optimization using IT systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Enjoy teamwork, demonstrate empathy, and possess an open mindset.
