About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated employee who will optimize the operational processes in our swimming pools with organizational talent and expertise. You will ensure safe and smooth pool operations, provide expert guest support, and maintain an overview of everything. With attractive offers, high service orientation, and a sense of quality, you will significantly contribute to increasing visitor numbers, revenue, and sustainable customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and optimize operational processes in the Helene-Weigel-Platz swimming pool and the Marzahn children's summer pool ('Platsch').
  • Plan personnel deployment, create duty rosters, check timesheets, and manage personnel supervision.
  • Provide competent advice to guests on swimming and bathing offers and support event execution.
  • Process procurement requests considering the budget, collaborating with central purchasing as needed.
  • Be responsible for monthly accounts and the execution of daily and monthly closings, ensuring proper cash management.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree as a certified Master Pool Operator.
  • Possess experience in responsible functions within pool operations.
  • Have a valid proof of rescue capability (e.g., Silver Lifesaving Badge) not older than two years.
  • Hold a First Aid certification including CPR, not older than two years.
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and motivating employees.
  • Are enthusiastic about process optimization using IT systems and have good Excel skills.
  • Enjoy teamwork, show empathy, and have an open mindset.
