About the Role

Ally Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for its Burwood location. This role involves cultivating a positive team environment, prioritizing customer service, driving financial performance, and leading daily operations, visual merchandising, and staff training. The Store Manager will focus on enhancing the in-store experience through expert service, product knowledge development, stock management, visual appeal, and health and safety ownership.

Responsibilities

Drive store financial performance to meet budgets and targets.
Provide effective training and daily in-store operational support.
Manage visual merchandising and ensure clear execution of business strategies.
Ensure consistent provision of expert customer service.
Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team.
Maintain store well-being, including managing stock levels.
Ensure high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines.
Take ownership of health and safety in the store.
Assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters.
Manage stock and expense control.
Recruit, attract, nurture, retain, and develop talent.

Requirements

Be the leading ambassador of the Ally Fashion brand.

Be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters, including late-night trade.
Possess solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably fashion.

Have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Be passionate about fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
Be ambitious to accelerate career and take on new challenges.
Hold a current Australian driver's license.
Pass a satisfactory police check.
