About the Role
As Senior Product Manager – Client Experience & Engagement, you will own the client journey post-first investment, shaping the digital experience across web and native app. Your focus will be on enhancing portfolio reporting, insights, documents, and self-services to align with premium wealth management standards. You will also drive relationship growth through digital up-selling and cross-selling of additional portfolios, products, and account types, ensuring a seamless integration between the digital experience and Relationship Managers.
Responsibilities

- Set the vision for portfolio reporting, portfolio KPIs, performance communication, document management, account settings, and self-services.
- Raise the quality bar for the digital experience to match the standard of investment products.
- Make capital calls, distributions, J-curves, and underlying funds and companies tangible and understandable for clients.
- Define and evolve the North Star and KPI tree for active clients.
- Design and scale journeys that deepen client relationships, including time to first top-up, second portfolio and second product adoption, additional account types, and share-of-wallet growth.
- Identify natural product sequences through path and cohort analysis.
- Build in-product moments and lifecycle campaigns that convert clients.
- Prove impact with honest, causal measurement.
- Build repeatable growth systems for the existing client base.
- Make the Relationship Manager a first-class citizen of the digital product.
- Design how human advice surfaces inside the app, including contextual RM touchpoints and seamless handovers.
- Design self-service flows for major actions to reduce friction without reducing trust.
- Measure and improve the interplay between RM engagement and client outcomes.
- Run continuous discovery with clients and Relationship Managers to understand HNW client needs.
- Define tracking schemas and metric contracts for the active client domain.
- Run experiments and cohort analyses across engagement, retention, and multi-product adoption.
- Use AI-assisted prototyping to converge on solutions.
- Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for a cross-functional squad of Engineering and Design.
- Prioritize with a transparent impact and effort logic.
