About the Role

The Training department develops and designs company-wide qualification and further education offers for BVG employees. You will support the transfer of knowledge, promote a contemporary learning culture, and actively shape the company's future viability through modern learning formats, innovative methods, and needs-based training.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and conduct practice-oriented IT training with a focus on SAP for various target groups.
• Create and further develop modern, didactically sound training concepts and digital learning content such as WBTs, learning videos, and virtual training formats.
• Continuously develop training materials and take over the technical maintenance of the training system.
• Utilize innovative learning methods such as Blended Learning, Microlearning, and Virtual Classroom to impart knowledge sustainably.
• Ensure training quality through evaluations, feedback discussions, and project participation, and continuously develop training offers.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or IT training or equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience.
• Experience in the conception and execution of IT training for different target groups.
• IT affinity and initial knowledge in SAP (further training opportunities will be provided) and a strong interest in business contexts.
• Affinity for modern learning methods such as Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, or Microlearning.
• Know-how in creating digital learning content, e.g., WBTs, learning videos, or e-learnings.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and secure professional English language skills in speaking and writing.
