About the Role

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC to drive the transition to a new project management and delivery approach, incorporating AI innovations and best practices. This role involves aligning new project methodologies with AI strategy, acting as Project Owner for strategic implementations, and transforming the current delivery model to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to improve SaaS growth and delivery portfolio profitability.
• Improve predictability of scope, commercials, and resourcing across the region.
• Strengthen estimation disciplines and margin protection through project planning intelligence and deal shaping.
• Increase scalability and delivery capacity through targeted optimization, process improvements, and technology use.
• Accountable for financial measurement, benchmarking, reporting, and operational process/tool governance for the region.
• Manage the internal and external communication plan for the portfolio, including steering group meetings and escalations.
• Upskill and support Program/Project Managers, providing guidance and SME support during escalations.
• Ensure internal stakeholders are informed of portfolio progress in implementing innovative processes and tools.
• Participate in the service sales process to agree on timelines, resource requirements, and delivery approach.
• Drive partner upskilling on project delivery innovation, governance, and new ways of working.
• Support the commercial governance of delivery negotiation and statement of work aspects for the portfolio.
• Align and adapt the regional implementation methodology with AI innovation and tools.
• Lead initiatives to improve utilization, margin, and on-time delivery using data and AI-assisted analysis.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional operations realize commercial outcomes and AI adoption translates into business results.
• Act as the regional change lead for team adoption and embedding of an AI-enabled delivery operating model.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools for professional services delivery and scale successful pilots.
• Drive the reduction of project cycle time and improve estimate accuracy.
• Identify and address friction points and process latency in delivery teams, focusing on AI for effort elimination.
• Improve cross-functional handovers and accountability clarity.
• Drive standardization and consistency across the region without compromising agility.
• Own and continuously improve the regional delivery governance framework.
• Establish governance standards for AI usage, automation, and workflow redesign.
• Provide structured transparency on portfolio health, risks, margin, and capacity.
• Act as a senior escalation point for systemic delivery issues.
• Drive consistent standards aligned with global frameworks.
• Strengthen ownership culture across Program/Project Managers and Project Owners.
• Redefine role clarity and accountability standards in an AI-augmented delivery environment.
• Elevate delivery professionalism through tooling, coaching, and performance standards.
• Upskill Program/Project Managers and Project Owners in AI-augmented delivery tools.
• Contribute to regional and global best practice development.
• Influence Consulting, PM, CSM, and Sales leadership to improve system performance.
• Chair regional forums focused on delivery metrics, AI adoption, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide structured, data-driven recommendations for strategic improvement.
• Ensure delivery processes evolve proactively.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in AI and its application to professional services delivery, with hands-on experience exploring or implementing AI tools.
• 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services, or PMO leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale programs or transforming delivery operating models.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process engineering, innovation of project management methodology, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, commercial controls, and resourcing strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex IT system implementations (Retail or Manufacturing preferred).
• Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics in operational or delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence peer-level leaders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability.
• Experience operating across multi-country, emerging markets, or regional environments.
• Ability to engage and influence senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Experience driving measurable delivery optimization at scale.
• Experience embedding AI or automation into operational workflows.
• Systems thinking and analytical capability.
• Ability to balance governance discipline with agility.
