Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required.
• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team.
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.

Requirements

• An up to date RSA.
• Relevant experience in a managerial role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment.
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
