About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy commercial leader to expand and accelerate MOMA's Grocery and E-Commerce channels. As the leader of MOMA's most critical growth avenues, you will establish and execute our long-term commercial and category-led strategy, overseeing our footprint across major physical supermarkets and key online marketplaces, managing joint business plans and cultivating senior-level retail partnerships. As an active member of the MOMA leadership team, you will also contribute directly to the brand's overall strategic direction, business-wide operations, and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a multi-year commercial strategy to accelerate MOMA’s footprint across physical Grocery and Digital/E-Commerce channels.
  • Guide your team in constructing and executing comprehensive JBPs that align retail partner needs with MOMA’s business priorities.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability across all accounts to deliver profitable, sustainable growth in line with business targets.
  • Oversee the channel's in-store and online retail marketing strategy, ensuring brilliant execution in partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Direct cross-functional projects across Category Management, Brand Activation, Supply Chain, and Digital to deliver flawless execution.
  • Supervise the internal monthly forecasting cycle, leveraging external insights to deliver accurate financial and volume projections.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing commercial team, fostering continuous personal development.

Requirements

  • Extensive commercial experience within FMCG, specifically managing major UK grocery accounts.
  • A strong understanding of online grocery dynamics, digital shelf activation, and e-commerce growth levers.
  • Highly numerical with sharp commercial instincts and the ability to turn category data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proven experience leading commercial teams and developing talent.
  • The ability to navigate senior-level negotiations and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience using modern CRM, forecasting platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • A highly competitive drive to succeed, matched with the AG Barr values of being Honest, Accountable, Connected, and Brave.
