About the Role

The EUC Site Services Specialist provides onsite and field technical support across EDG locations. This role focuses on the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT equipment to ensure seamless business operations through efficient, high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, ticket, and email channels.
• Deploy and support POS, computers, printers, and peripheral devices at EDG locations.
• Conduct site audits to verify the installation and condition of IT equipment.
• Manage and resolve support tickets in ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs.
• Deliver patient and empathetic customer service to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Audit meeting room technologies daily to ensure functionality and provide troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate asset and configuration management records.
• Perform routine maintenance on company technology and coordinate vendor warranty repairs.
• Develop procedural documentation and user guides while conducting staff training.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Strong background in installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and meeting room AV technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly terms.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
