About the Role

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for ERP transformation programs, ensuring the technical quality of solution delivery. Act as a mentor and leader to the practice delivery team, maintaining quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive high standards of work, technical excellence, and continuous improvement in delivery quality within AI Business Solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality and architectural consistency across programmes in alignment with the Leadership Team.
• Provide technical leadership for all D365 F&SCM projects, owning technical strategy, solution architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and industry frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes for quality, control, and risk management.
• Ensure proposed architectures comply with security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide design assurance and architectural oversight for ERP transformation projects.
• Drive automation, process optimisation, and innovation using D365 F&SCM, Power Platform, Azure services, and AI.
• Lead and mentor architects, consultants, and delivery resources.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance.
• Support the sales cycle with thought leadership, architecture expertise, and technical assurance.
• Collaborate with Presales for robust solution design, technical assurance, and realistic estimates.
• Support programme estimation and planning activities with Practice and Sector leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Master Planning, Asset Management, and Project Operations.
• Extensive knowledge of the D365 F&SCM platform, architecture, extensibility model, integration capabilities, and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and experience defining technology strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Proven experience gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders, business sponsors, and technical leadership teams.
• Demonstrable experience leading architecture governance, design authorities, and technical assurance processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrable experience contributing to thought leadership initiatives, industry events, and strategic client discussions.
• Experience supporting commercial teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Experience estimating complex ERP programmes and defining implementation approaches.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, Azure services, data migration strategies, reporting, analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Practical experience operating as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
