About the Role

As part of Scalian Germany, you will work on one of Germany's most exciting infrastructure projects, supporting the development of a new data center landscape in the Berlin area. We are looking for dedicated professionals in warehouse logistics to manage and control goods, warehouse, and asset processes in a technologically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor all goods, material, and warehouse movements in the data center environment.
  • Manage inventory and assets, conduct inventories and audits, and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate material transport between data centers, as well as return and spare parts processes.
  • Maintain merchandise management, inventory, and ticketing systems, ensuring complete, audit-proof documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, compliance, and occupational safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, transport service providers, and on-site operational teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, warehouse clerk (m/f/d), or commercial employee for freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in incoming goods, warehouse logistics, material management, or technical logistics.
  • Experience with merchandise management, inventory, or ticketing systems.
  • Structured and meticulous work approach with the necessary physical resilience for handling technical equipment and materials.
  • Valid driver's license class B.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the customer's premises during the week, particularly in the Berlin area.
