About the Role
Support the organization and coordination of all trainings, further education programs, and events held at TAM, from preparation in our New Work training areas to on-site support and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate all trainings, further education programs, and events.
- Prepare training spaces and provide on-site support.
- Manage participant, trainer, partner, and service provider relationships.
- Work on projects to optimize training processes.
- Contribute to the operational management of the TAM Academy.
- Promote a appreciative and growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Completed studies or completed vocational training in Psychology, Adult Education, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Strong team and service orientation.
- Independent and organized work style.
- Willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent German and error-free written German.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum of 5 months of internship experience (voluntary or mandatory).
- Reside in Berlin or be willing to relocate and embrace a vibrant office culture.
