About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong enterprise program management and technology strategy experience to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This role will focus on enterprise-wide technology strategy execution, vendor governance, and digital transformation programs, including AI/GenAI governance, SaaS and cloud optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and stakeholder leadership, with a proven ability to manage large-scale programs, influence executive decision-making, and deliver results across highly matrixed environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs and initiatives, from strategy through execution and value realization.
- Drive enterprise technology strategy initiatives, including digital transformation, SaaS/cloud optimization, and application rationalization.
- Manage vendor governance and strategic sourcing programs, including vendor performance management, contract lifecycle management and negotiations, and spend optimization and supplier consolidation.
- Support and execute AI and GenAI governance frameworks, including tool selection, procurement, onboarding, and usage tracking.
- Oversee software asset management and license optimization initiatives, improving visibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain program governance structures, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior leadership.
- Partner with C-level stakeholders, finance, procurement, and technology teams to align investments with business priorities.
- Lead risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Drive M&A integration activities, including vendor consolidation, contract alignment, and technology integration.
- Establish and track KPIs, cost savings targets, and performance metrics, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and governance parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience in enterprise program management and PMO governance.
- Proven experience in technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in vendor governance, strategic sourcing, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI governance, SaaS/cloud procurement, and software asset management.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology spend, cost optimization, and vendor ecosystems.
- Experience supporting M&A integration and enterprise transformation programs preferred.
- Strong expertise in KPI, SLA, and QBR management.
- Strong expertise in executive reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong expertise in risk and financial management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience within SAP (ERP) environment.
