About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Teamlead SEO to lead our SEO team and drive sustainable organic growth across our web platforms. You will manage large-scale SEO and CRO challenges, including technical SEO, content quality, and conversion optimization, while reporting to the Head of Web Growth & CRM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SEO team by setting priorities, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Collaborate with the Head of Web Growth & CRM and Product & Development teams to define and prioritize the SEO roadmap.
- Drive the implementation of SEO initiatives across web platforms.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Editorial teams on scalable SEO improvements.
- Optimize key page types and explore growth opportunities in AI-driven search environments.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges including crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, site architecture, and structured data.
- Monitor SEO performance, evaluate experiments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Track search trends, Google updates, and market developments to maintain a future-proof strategy.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with large-scale websites or platforms.
- Experience leading people, mentoring SEO specialists, or coordinating work across teams.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, JavaScript, page speed, and internal linking.
- Strong understanding of content SEO, local SEO, programmatic SEO, and scalable landing page strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, analytics platforms, dashboards, and large datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
