About the Role

Assist in developing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing performance data to optimize hotel revenue while learning from an experienced team and working with sector-leading technology. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams ensuring our hotel stays competitive and profitable. Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
• Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting.
• Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
• Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.
• Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
