About the Role
Seeking a permanent full-time Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service by advising and guiding customers through our range of equipment products. This role is ideal for a mechanic or tyre fitter looking for a change and an opportunity to utilize their hands-on expertise in a sales capacity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Workshop equipment sales
- Customer follow ups
- Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- After-sales equipment training
Requirements
- Ideally have mechanical/automotive knowledge
- Must hold a valid driver's licence
- Be able to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner
- Possess a team focus with strong relationship building skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise efficiently
