About the Role
This role focuses on quotation activities and technical support to enhance product knowledge and system understanding. It serves as a foundation for career development, with potential pathways into sales positions to support long-term business growth and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations based on technical requirements, commercial conditions, and factory delivery timelines.
- Provide technical support and advice to sales teams and customers for product and service implementation.
- Respond to technical enquiries from sales organizations and customers.
- Manage customer order complaints and issues in coordination with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations.
- Configure systems using specifications and formalized solution representations.
- Liaise with Product Management for product modification, configuration, and installation.
- Collect customer feedback to support satisfaction assessments.
- Participate in the project-to-service transfer process.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in Valve, Flow control, and Instrumentation.
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
- Capability to resolve day-to-day technical sales issues.
- Ability to work according to defined processes and standardized methods.
