About the Role
This role supports mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and business growth initiatives through high-quality financial analysis and transaction support, working directly with senior leaders and shaping essential services infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuations, DCFs, sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Support the execution of acquisitions, divestments, partnerships and investment opportunities
- Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to provide strategic insights
- Prepare investment papers, governance submissions and executive-level presentations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes
- Contribute to portfolio reviews, capital allocation decisions and post-transaction analysis
Requirements
- Commercially minded finance professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 3 to 5 years' experience within Corporate Development, Transaction Services, M&A Advisory, Investment Banking or a Big 4 environment
- Experience supporting transactions, due diligence processes and investment analysis
Skills
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation capabilities
