About the Role
As a Spare Parts Specialist/Logistics Employee with an automotive background, you will be responsible for damage assessments, cost estimates, and remote diagnostics, ensuring the quality standards of our vehicle preparation. You will serve as a competent contact person for technical questions regarding our vehicles and collaborate closely with our teams.
Responsibilities
- Approve repair orders for our vehicles.
- Reliably identify and assess damage to used cars based on your affinity for vehicles.
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints.
- Create calculations with parts tracking via the logistics program and ensure quality assurance and control of the evaluated data.
- Support our partner workshops and own refurbishment centers in technical support.
- Contribute significantly to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards.
Requirements
- Experience as an automotive consultant, master mechanic, logistics specialist, or automotive salesperson, or possess in-depth knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools.
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working.
- Very good German language skills, basic English skills, and familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Flexible and quick comprehension skills and willingness to work at flexible locations.
