Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy to elevate the Stylecraft name and strengthen market presence.
- Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation to support community sales goals.
- Manage and improve the digital ecosystem, including website performance, SEO, search engine visibility, online reputation, and social media strategy.
- Develop compelling content across digital, print, and in-person channels to showcase homes, communities, culture, and values.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
