Embark on a dynamic learning journey as an Operations Manager Trainee. Master operations to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams through a structured, hands-on program with rotations in Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management.
- Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance within the company.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level.
- Regular, on-site presence is required.
- One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred.
