About the Role

As a Content Moderator for the Trust and Safety team within the Player Engagement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals both online and in the real world. Your role is crucial in maintaining a healthy community by preventing harassment, inappropriate sexual content, unnecessary violence, and racism, thereby fostering friendly online communication. You will protect players, the community, and our game company clients from harmful and unsuitable content.

Responsibilities

  • Review all community posts (text, video, images, audio) on online games, social media platforms, and forums to ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate directly with players.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international team members.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and comfortable community.
  • Create reports and other necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level or higher English skills (TOEIC 800 target).
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email correspondence, etc.).
  • Interest in games and social media.
  • Emotional stability, self-awareness, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt flexibly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Must have a PC, internet connection, microphone, and webcam for online tests.
