About the Role

This role involves the monitoring and maintenance of technical systems and building facilities, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with external contractors for larger repairs. You will be the point of contact for tenants and service providers regarding technical and organizational building matters, and will coordinate on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems and building facilities according to operational requirements
• Performing minor repairs and commissioning/supervising external specialist companies for larger repairs
• Conducting inspections to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness throughout the property
• Acting as a contact person for tenants, users, or service providers for technical problems or organizational issues within the building and coordinating minor on-site processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or craft qualifications; career changers are also welcome
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Reliability, team spirit, and high self-motivation
• A strong sense of order and cleanliness
• Helpful and friendly interaction with customers, tenants, and colleagues
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently
• A Class B driver's license would be advantageous but is not mandatory
