About the Role

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking knowledgeable and energetic Bilingual Customer Sales & Services Representatives (CSSRs) who are passionate about customer service and serving consumers in the green industry. This role involves demonstrating exceptional customer service, managing deliveries, operating vehicles safely, cultivating customer relationships, and assisting with sales and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Make deliveries and ensure product arrives undamaged, load and unload products for deliveries
• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
• Respond to and resolve more complex questions and issues based on experience and product knowledge
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
• May assist in the onboarding and/or training of new associates
• Coach and assist less experienced staff in meeting customer service and satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license
• 3+ years of green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting
• Driving experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
