About the Role

This role is responsible for unloading and delivering products to customers, performing vehicle inspections, and operating commercial vehicles safely. The position involves local delivery with home daily, and requires comfort delivering throughout the 5 boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
• Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Pick up returned products including payments and pallets
• Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience
• Able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, OT, Holidays
• Must be comfortable delivering throughout the 5 boroughs
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and climb
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
