About the Role

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and evolving Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio. This role serves as the voice of the end-user, partnering with customers, commercial teams, and engineering to deliver valuable capabilities. The position is expected to build an AI-first, customer-centric product management capability that operates at startup speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, and technical feasibility.
• Maintain a rolling product roadmap balancing customer commitments with long-term platform evolution.
• Develop trusted relationships with early adopters and strategic customers.
• Establish structured Voice of Customer processes.
• Continuously validate assumptions before committing engineering resources.
• Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Work daily with Product Engineers, SaaS Architect, Customer Success, Commercial Leader, and DevOps.
• Ensure every sprint delivers measurable customer value.
• Leverage AI to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, customer insight extraction, backlog refinement, requirement generation, release planning, and product documentation.
• Champion specification-driven development supported by AI-assisted engineering.
• Measure product success through customer adoption, feature utilization, ARR growth, customer retention, Net Revenue Retention, Time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously refine priorities using real customer data.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management for SaaS or cloud software.
• Experience launching commercial software products.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional software teams.
• Proven success delivering customer-centric products.
