About the Role
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in all common areas. This role involves daily distribution of resort amenities, providing exceptional customer service, ordering linen, collecting dirty linen, and performing other assigned housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in all common areas

- Ordering the daily delivery of linen
- Collecting all dirty linen daily
- Performing duties common to all housekeeping activities as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
- Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
