About the Role

In this busy, diverse and challenging role you will deliver exceptional service to our residents to ensuring their meal experience is to the highest standard. As Chef you’ll join a passionate team of food creators striving to deliver excellence in food nutrition catering to individual and diverse needs, take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents can look forward to enjoying a meal in the company of others, and make a rewarding contribution by creating nutritious and healthy meals that bring delight to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents, ensuring meal experiences are of the highest standard.

• Create a warm and welcoming environment where residents can look forward to enjoying a meal in the company of others.
• Create nutritious and healthy meals that bring delight to residents.
• Prepare and deliver appropriately nutritious food to the highest quality and service standards in line with Estia Health guidelines.
• Utilize attention to food handling and hygiene standards.
• Ensure menus cater to diverse individual needs.
• Train and mentor the kitchen team to expected standards.
