About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 40 customer service technicians with support from supervisors.
  • Align the department with customer expectations.
  • Manage processes based on agreed service levels.
  • Plan staff based on capacity planning, approaching planning as a dynamic process.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of customer service technicians and precise capacity management.
  • Plan and monitor the department budget, deriving measures to meet budget targets.
  • Organize quality controls to ensure flawless installation.
  • Participate in projects for process improvement and new product introductions.
  • Analyze current processes to derive improvement measures.

Requirements

  • Successful commercial or technical apprenticeship, or a completed university degree.
  • Professional experience in areas with complex planning requirements and high service orientation.
  • Strong customer orientation, preferably from a service background.
  • Experienced leadership personality with high communication competence and empathy.
  • Planning competence and project experience.
  • Knowledge of agile working methods.
  • Team player with a focus on essentials.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg regions.
